The program includes an interactive overview of federal and state anti-discrimination laws, parties’ rights and responsibilities, as well as case studies provided by a Commission Senior Compliance Officer. Finally, the training will provide an overview of the burdens of proof, defenses to allegations of sexual harassment, and leading legal theories of liability.
