Conducting Internal Investigations: Risks and Remedies
Corporations are under increasing scrutiny and many companies have been faced with ethical scandals and allegations of mismanagement and misconduct. In addition, in recent years more and more whistleblowers have been coming forward to present allegations of impropriety. Given these trends, knowing how to conduct an effective internal investigation is crucial to protecting your clients or company.
