He is a certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher at the E-RYT500 level, and has been teaching stress management, yoga, mindfulness and meditation since 2007. Tom also leads the Tenth Gate WorkPlace WellBeing Program, providing stress management courses to schools, municipalities and corporate workplaces across Southern New England and beyond. Charlene Elva Pratt is an Assistant Public Defender in the Appellate Division. She has been practicing yoga for eleven years and is certified through North East Power Yoga.
